1. Who we are

2. Using the site

The live map, countdown, letters, advent calendar and Nice List are free. The site is a story-world for families: Santa, the elves and the reindeer are characters, and what you see on the map is animated, not a video feed.

3. Being kind

Please keep letters and names friendly. We may remove anything unkind or anything that looks like personal details, such as surnames, addresses or phone numbers.

4. Treats

• Treats are optional one-off purchases from $0.99 to $2.99. There are no subscriptions.
• A grown-up must complete the purchase. By buying, you confirm you are 18 or over.
• A treat appears in the village for 24 hours, for everyone to see, with the first name given.
• Payments are taken by [payment provider] as merchant of record, which handles sales tax and VAT.
• Refunds: ask within 14 days and we refund in full. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.

5. Our content

The site, its characters and pictures belong to us or are used with permission. Earth imagery is from NASA Earth Observatory. Please do not copy the site or its pictures for commercial use.

6. Availability

We work hard to keep the map running, especially on Christmas Eve, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
