How to design your Christmas tree
Choose a decoration, then tap the tree to hang it. Keep your finger down and slide to move it into just the right spot. Baubles come in eight colours, the lights twinkle on their own, and the bells and candy canes are good for filling gaps. Pick Presents and tap the snow to pile gifts round the bottom of the tree. Drag beside the tree to turn it round and decorate the back.
Change the tree itself with the buttons along the bottom: a classic tree, a tall slim one or a big bushy one, with no snow, a dusting or lots of snow. Top it with a star, an angel, a bow or a snowflake, and wind tinsel round it in your favourite colour. Press Decorate for me if you want a head start.
When it is finished, type your first name and press Plant in the village. Your tree will stand on the square in Santa’s village for an hour with your name on a sign. Only you can see it, on this device. Press Share to save a picture of your tree or send it to family, with a grown-up’s help.
